The inspiration for the Maresme project was the nature of its surroundings and the character of Geraldine. A perfect cocktail to create a Mediterranean-style apartment, warm and feminine.
Its distribution emphasizes the views of the Mediterranean, seeking a connection to the outside from all its environments.
Through a central nucleus, the day area and the night area are differentiated in the two wings of the house, and at the same time, they intertwine with each other thanks to the use of the materials chosen for the entire apartment.
